We are the controller for the processing of personal data described in this policy.

2. What data we process

  • Contact form and email: name, email address, phone number, company name and the content of your message – to answer your question (legitimate interest / pre-contractual steps).
  • Order requests: name, contact and address details and the products ordered – to confirm, handle and deliver your order (performance of a contract) and for our statutory bookkeeping obligations.
  • Business customers: contact details of contact persons for quotations and pollination assignments.

3. How long we keep data

We keep messages for as long as needed to deal with your question. Order and invoice data are kept for 7 years because of statutory tax retention obligations.

4. Cookies and browser storage

This website uses no tracking or advertising cookies and no analytics services. Your basket and language choice are stored only locally in your own browser (localStorage) and are not sent to us until you submit an order request. Fonts are loaded from our own server; no external services such as Google Fonts or Google Maps are used.

5. Hosting and processors

This website is hosted by STRATO GmbH, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin, Germany. STRATO processes technical data (such as IP addresses in server log files) on our behalf and only within the EU, under a data processing agreement.

6. Sharing with third parties

We do not sell your data. We only share data where necessary for delivery (for example with a carrier) or where required by law.

7. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Send your request to info@imkerijgebrook.nl. You may also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) or the supervisory authority in your country.
