Article 1 – Scope

These terms apply to all offers and contracts through the Imkerij Gebrook online shop with consumers and business customers. Pollination services and the supply of bee colonies are subject to additional arrangements that we confirm in writing per assignment.

Article 2 – Offer and prices

All prices are in euros and include VAT, excluding shipping costs. Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer are not binding. Colour and crystallisation of honey may vary naturally.

Article 3 – Conclusion of the contract

Through the online shop you send an order request. You first receive an automatic acknowledgement. The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by email, stating the shipping costs and the total amount.

Article 4 – Payment

Payment is made in advance by bank transfer or via a payment link, as stated in our confirmation. When collecting, payment on site is also possible.

Article 5 – Delivery

We ship to addresses in the Netherlands, Germany and Belgium as soon as possible after receipt of payment and at the latest within 30 days. Collection in Posterholt or Hoensbroek (Julianastraat 2, 6433 GC Hoensbroek) is possible by appointment.

Article 6 – Right of withdrawal (consumers)

As a consumer you may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the products without giving any reason. Notify us via info@imkerijgebrook.nl, the contact form (subject “Cancellation of an order”) or by post. Return the products within 14 days of your notification; the direct cost of returning them is borne by you. We refund the purchase price including standard shipping costs within 14 days.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons and which were unsealed after delivery (for example opened jars of honey or bottles of propolis), nor to gift sets put together at your request.

Article 7 – Conformity and complaints

We guarantee that the products comply with the contract. Please report complaints within a reasonable time after discovery to info@imkerijgebrook.nl. We will respond within 14 days.

Article 8 – Applicable law

Dutch law applies to these terms, without prejudice to the mandatory protection consumers enjoy under the law of their country of residence.
